TERMS OFCONDICTION (SALE)
Goods not in stock usually takes 4-36 weeks for delivery, you will be advised of estimated delivery date on purchase. A minimum 50%deposit is required on ordering.
No alterations can be carried out until garment is paid for in full. LouMor Gowns does not offer an alteration service and takes no responsibility for alterations carried out after purchase.
Where only a deposit is paid, the full balance must be paid within 12 weeks of order date. We accept no responsibility for gowns not fitting upon collection due to customer increase or decrease in weight.
All sale items are ‘SOLD AS SEEN’ it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they are happy with the condition of the item at time of purchase.
LouMor does not take responsibility for the loss or damage to items once they collected from the store.
We will only refund if there is a fault with the item.
We will not refund if your event has been cancelled.
Your statutory rights are not affected according to the ‘sale of goods act 1979’.
